Nancy Irene Collins of Shelby Valley, died August 16 at the Pikeville Medical Center. She was 71 years old. Born at McRoberts, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Marion and Lucretia Hall Mullins and the widow of James Collins. She was a sister of the late Mae Clark, Loretta Kern, Vera Potter, Vernon Mullins, and Rodolph Mullins. More ...
