BUILDING DOG HOUSES FOR LETCHER - Brownie Scout members Cassie McNeil, left, and Katie Hall take a break inside one of more than 40 dog houses built recently by more than 20 Girl Scout troops in the Louisville area. The dog houses will be for sale at auction in Whitesburg this Saturday during an event sponsored by the local Pawz and Clawz Humane Society. Proceeds will help finance a spay and neuter clinic scheduled here in August. McNeil is a granddaughter of District One Magistrate Bobby D. Lewis of Partridge.
