LEARNING ABOUT FORD'S MODEL A
 | | When Morris Maggard, left, was told that the owners of as many as 20 Ford Model A cars would be stopping by the Pine Mountain Grill in Whitesburg for lunch last Friday, he dropped by to "try to learn something" about the car that was manufactured between the years of 1928 and 1931. Pictured here, Maggard, a Model A owner himself, watched as Darrell Webb, a member of the Lexington-based "Model A Restorers Club of Central Kentucky," adjusted the setting of the points on the engine of the antique car he owns. Letcher County residents and Model A enthusiasts Don and Collette Tolliver traveled with the club on an outing that took them across the Little Shepherd Trail and on to the Harlan County community of Benham.
