As many as 50 groups, businesses to give treats
      Organizers of a Halloween "safe night" in the City of Whitesburg say the event will give children a place to collect treats without being exposed to traffic and other dangers. "They can dress up and go trickor treating with people we know and trust," said Jenkins storekeeper Ernestine Flint.
