Lloyd Caudill dies
LLOYD J. CAUDILL Lloyd J. Caudill, 89, formerly of Vero Beach, Fla., died July 30 at home in Lake City, Fla., where he had lived since 1983.
Born at Eolia, he was married to the late Bertha Caudill. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Loreen.
Caudill worked in the coal mines of Kentucky for more than 17 years and moved to Vero Beach in 1955. He was employed by Reliable Services, in Vero Beach until his retirement in 1982.
He was a member of Voice of Deliverance Church in Lake City.
He is survived by three sons, John Caudill and Arthur Caudill, both of Vero Beach, and Ralph Caudill, Louisville; three daughters: Della Proctor, Charleston, S.C., and Joann Melton Underhill and Goldie Salvatore, both of Vero Beach; 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and seven great- great-grandchildren; and a brother, Shaler Caudill, Vero Beach.
Funeral services were held August 3. Burial was in Winter Beach Cemetery, in Winter Beach, Fla.
