Norman W. Preston Sr., 86, of Chapel Hill, Tenn., formerly of Jenkins, died September 11. A son of the late E.H. and Ivy Reed Preston, he was married to the late Opal Lester Preston. Preston was retired from Beth-Elkhorn Corp., where he was division shipping clerk. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and was the recipient of six Bronze Stars. More ...
