PSC will choose water and sewer board members

It apparently will be up to the Kentucky Public Service Commission to choose two new board members for the Letcher County Water and Sewer District. Man to be tried for murder

A jury trial is set to begin next week for a 37-year-old Deane man charged with shooting a friend to death after a night of drinking beer together on July 3, 2007. Jury selection is to begin September 29 in the trial of Bobby Gene Collins, who is charged with murder in connection with the death of 37- year-old Mark "Bocky" Adams of Thornton. More...
