Oh, the difference a year makes. If you have been by Carr Creek Lake in the past few weeks you might have noticed that the water level is quite a bit higher than it normally is at this time of year. And it has been at this level for a while. My understanding for this is that the lake is going to be used as the water source for a new water plant sometime next year. More ...
