Pair among 18 named in indictments

has named 18 people in 19 indictments, including an Ermine couple charged with theft by deception. In separate indictments, the grand jury says Jimmy N. Niece, 57, and Kathy Niece, 47, both of P.O. Box 90, Ermine, obtained $1,685 from Community Trust Bank of Whitesburg on Sept. 15. More...
