BASS TOURNEY WINNERS
Tim Lucas, right, won the Big Bass contest and $420 with this 4.68- pound largemouth bass at the fourth annual Spring Bass Tournament held by the Partridge CRA Lions Club at Carr Creek Marina April 26. Pictured below (left to right), Meryl Short presents the winners Burtis Caudill and Tim Lucas, who had a total of 6.47 pounds of fish, with the first-place prize of $750. Second-place winners John Begley and John Begley won $300 with 6.08 pounds of bass, while third place and $150 went to Don McCall and Brandon Blair with 3.91 pounds of bass. Forty-four fisherman in 23 boats entered the tournament and caught 13 fish weighing a total of 35 pounds.
