Florence Craft dies
Florence Meade Craft, 85, died August 11 at her home in Springfield, Ohio.

Born at Millstone, she was a daughter of the late Ballard and Nannie Wright Meade and the widow of Archie Craft. She was a sister of the late Jesse Meade, Newt Meade, Daniel Meade, George Delmer Meade, Ballard Meade Jr., and Norma Campbell.

Mrs. Craft was a member of the Elizabeth Old Regular Baptist Church at Millstone. She was a teacher in the Day Care Nursery at Mercy Medical Center for more than 22 years.

She is survived by a daughter, Aundra Jane "Janie" McGraw and husband Bob; a granddaughter, Lisa Bailey and husband Parker; three grandsons, William and wife Christina, Joseph and wife Bridgette, and Timothy; five great-grandchildren, Brittney, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Thad, and Casey; a great-great-granddaughter, Audrey Annah; two sisters, Avalene Hayes McCrone, Bellville, Ohio, and Eldridge Ann Muncy and husband David, Morehead; and a sister-in-law, Winifred Meade, Neon.

Funeral services were held August 15. Burial was in the Asbury Cemetery at Catawba, Ohio.
