SCHOLARSHIP — Brittany Frazier is a recipient of a $3,000 Sam Walton Community Scholarship, funded by the Wal-Mart Foundation. She was the salutatorian of the 2009 senior class at Letcher County Central High School, earned a Commonwealth Diploma, and was named Ms. Letcher County Central High School by the staff. While at LCCHS, she was a member of the dance team, academic team, Pep Club, Interact Club, and PRIDE Club. She will attend Eastern Kentucky University where she will major in engineering physics. She is the daughter of D.J. Frazier and Scott Frazier, and the granddaughter of Darrel and Jackie Frazier, and Doris Williams.
