Services held for Richard D’Amato

Richard E. D’Amato, 63, died January 29 at his home in Whitesburg.

A son of the late Ercole Biagio and Anna Victoria Consorte D’Amato, he was the twin brother of the late Rinaldo D’Amato.

Surviving are his wife, Luann Vermillion; a daughter, Alessandra D’Amato of Whitesburg, a son, Paolo D’Amato of Whitesburg; a brother, Robert D’Amato of New Haven, Conn.; and a sister, Josephine D’Amato Richardson of Whitesburg.

Funeral services were held January 31 at Letcher Funeral Home in Whitesburg.
