All photos by Chris Anderson While Mother Nature was preparing to wreak havoc on Florida and much of the rest of the South, she smiled on Letcher County again over the weekend as warm temperatures and clear skies were the order of the day Saturday for the the annual Neon Days Festival in downtown Fleming-Neon.
