Hours are set for trick-or-treating

Children in Letcher County will be permitted to go “trick-or-treating” for three hours next Wednesday. Letcher County Judge/Executive Jim Ward announced this week that trick-or-treating will begin at 5 p.m. on Halloween night (Wednesday, October 31) and end at 8 p.m.
