Tilda Higgins dies



Tilda Higgins, 89, of Redfox, died December 14 at Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital. Born at Redfox, she was the widow of Elbert Higgins. Surviving are two stepsons, Bobby Higgins and Jimmy Higgins, both of Gary, Ind., and James and Mollie Higgins, Redfox. Funeral services were held December 22 in Hindman. Burial was in the Higgins Cemetery at Sassafras.
