Letcher towns belong



The Letcher County cities of Fleming-Neon, Jenkins and Whitesburg are dues-paying members of the Kentucky League of Cities. Jenkins pays $697 a year to belong, while Fleming-Neon pays $647 a year. Whitesburg pays about the same amount, although figures weren’t available on Tuesday.
