SKCTC’s Phi Theta Kappa receives Pinnacle Award

The Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College Xi Sigma chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, a national honorary for students attending two-year colleges, has been awarded the Pinnacle Award for increasing local membership by 25 percent during the past year.
