4% more to travel this Thanksgiving

LEXINGTON AAA forecasts 42.5 million Americans will travel 50 miles or more from home during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, a four percent increase from the 40.9 million people who traveled one year ago. Services held for Bill Wells

Funeral services for Bill Wells, 82, of Campbranch, were held November 18 at Lighthouse Church. Burial was in Wells family cemetery at Colson. He died November 15 at Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital. A son of the late William and Edna Wells, he was the father of the late Arnold Gene Wells.
