Jenkins police charge Va. man after wreck

A Virginia man involved in a single-vehicle wreck was arrested Monday on several drug-related charges. Lt. Brian Damron of the Letcher County Sheriff ’s Department said Nicholas Buchanan, 32, of 330 Kitty Lane, Clintwood, Va., drove off US 23 near Joe’s Branch on Dec. 12 and hit a guardrail.
