The arrests of the Fugates marks the second time in four years they have been charged with trafficking in narcotics from their Cram Creek home. On Oc- 6, 2003, Mary Fugate was charged with trafficking in hydrocodone. Terry Fugate was charged a week later with trafficking in oxycodone and hydrocodone.
