Four people have entered guilty pleas in Letcher Circuit Court. They are:
• Kendra Beth Napier, 42, of Lost Creek, who pled guilty to second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and use/ possession of drug paraphernalia. Napier was sentenced to a maximum term of five years with 90 days that must be served. The sentence was probated for five years.
Napier also pled guilty to first-degree bail jumping and was sentenced to one year in prison with the sentence probated for five years.
• Johnny Ray Sexton, 41, of Isom, who pled guilty to making a false statement to obtain increase of benefit over $100. Sexton was sentenced to a maximum of three years imprisonment.
• Angie Osborne, 33, of Whitesburg, who pled guilty to third-degree assault and being a second- degree persistent felony offender. Osborne was sentenced to maximum of ten years imprisonment probated for five years.
• Monica A. Lester, 34, of Jenkins, who pled guilty to first-degree complicity to possession of controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine), buy/ possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on DUI suspended license (first offense), first-degree failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, display of illegal/ altered registration plate, failure to issue insurance card, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt and no/ expired Kentucky registration plates.
Lester was sentenced to 365 days in the county jail probated for one year and was fined $100.
