Agrestic Festival set for June 6-7

A band recently named by Rolling Stone magazine as one of 10 new artists you need to know will headline the Agrestic Music and Arts Festival Saturday night in Whitesburg.

For the second year in a row, Sundy Best will take the stage at River Park in Whitesburg to help raise money for the Letcher County Autism Support Group.

Halfway to Hazard will headline Friday night.

Admission is $20. Beer will be sold at the event. No coolers allowed.

The festival was created in 2012 by A.C.A.M. Productions, a non-profit organization created by Ashley Sexton, her husband Cody Sexton, Cody Sexton’s brother Adam Sexton and Adam Sexton’s girlfriend Malinda Hull.
