. 8 to 10 ounces of whole wheat
. 2 cups low-fat mozzarella cheese,
. 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
. ½ cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
. Salt and pepper to season
. ¼ cup bread crumbs
. Parsley to garnish
. Cook pasta according to box directions. Drain well.
. Mix in the cheese and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer
to a baking dish. Top with bread
. Transfer to the oven and broil for 3
to 5 minutes. Keep an eye on the
bread crumbs; they can burn quickly.
Garnish with parsley.
