Coleman Begley, 10, caught this 15 1/2-inch crappie weighing 2 pounds, 2 ounces at Fishpond Lake on May 27. He was fishing with his father and his uncle, Stanley Combs. He is the son of Therman Jr. and Barbara Begley of Camp Branch. His grandparents are Charlotte Cook of Millstone, Winford Cook of David, and Thurmon and Linda Begley of Camp Branch.
