Anna Gwendolyn Farmer, 84, of Herod, Ill., died September 28 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion, Ill.
Born at Linefork, she was a daughter of the late John D. and Myrtle Holcomb Huff and was the widow of Glenn C. Farmer. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Glenn C. Farmer III, and eight brothers and five sisters.
She was a member of the Zion Grace Tabernacle in Zion, Ill., and the Hilltoppers Homemakers Club.
Surviving are five children: Glen C. Farmer Jr. and wife MarLynn of Herod, Ill., Forest Farmer and wife Sherry of Powhaton, Ark., Leatha Ann Schulze of Hendersonville, N.C., Ruth Elisabeth Ejankowski and husband George of St. Augustine, Fla., and John Daniel Farmer and wife Sonya of Crete, Ill.; 10 grandchildren, James Lee Farmer and wife Susan of Herod, Ill., Sheryl Katrina Farmer of Canton, Mich., Anna Miller and husband Daniel of Boise, Idaho, John Harding Farmer and wife Kerri of Walnut Ridge, Ark., Timothy Farmer and wife Sharon of Walnut Ridge, Ark., James Clifford Farmer and wife Sarah of Hoxie, Ark., Maryanna Faith Buddington of Hendersonville, N.C., Chelsea Leah Ejankowski of St. Augustine, Fla., Sierra Joy Ejankowski of St. Augustine, Fla., and Grant Michael Farmer of Crete, Ill.; 15 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Wendell Huff and wife Wanda and Waylon Huff and wife Priscilla, all of North Vernon, Ind., and Dale Huff of Somerset; and a sister, Grace Parrott of Lynch.
Funeral services were held Oct. 1 in Harrisburg, Ill. Burial was in Gossage Cemetery in Herod, Ill.
