Arnold Mullins, 70, died October 4 at his home in Roxana.
Born in Carbon Glow to the late Charlie and Thelma Caudill Mullins, he was a brother of the late Norman Mullins and Rosetta Brown.
He was an active member and deacon at Kingscreek Community Church for the last 25 years.
Surviving are his wife, Elaine Eldridge Mullins; two sons, Arnold Mullins Jr. and wife Mahala of Eolia, and Ricky Mullins and wife Mistie of Blackey; a sister, Cynthia Whitehead of Blackey; a brother, Don Townsend of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Katie, Jake, and Madison; and a great-grandchild, Braiden.
Funeral services for Mr. Mullins were held October 8 at Letcher Funeral Home in Whitesburg. Burial was in the Pearl Dixon Cemetery at Blackey.
