MISTY SHEPHERD
MISTY SHEPHERD has joined the Kentucky State Police post in Hazard as a criminal intelligence analyst. Shepherd, of Floyd County, was a dispatcher at the Pikeville post for seven years. She holds an associate degree in law enforcement. The criminal intelligence analyst helps police collect and coordinate data so agencies can combine information and resources.
