Letcher County Court Clerk Winston Meade (pictured at center) and Maxine Quillen recently presented Clayton Caudill, a resident at the Eastern Kentucky Veterans Center in Hazard, with a new laptop computer. The Letcher clerk’s office raised money and purchased a 46-inch-flat-screen television, a wall mount, a Sony DVD player, and five DVDs, which were donated to the Hazard center.
