The Rotary Club of Whitesburg is needing a list of parents with children ages newborn to 5 years old because the Dolly Parton Imagination Library will be starting a program for the zip codes 41804, 41821, 41824, 41826 and 41832. This is the Isom area all the way down to Linefork. Also I just found out another zip for the other side going down the other side of the road toward Linefork. It’s 41731. They get their mail from Cornettsville. If anyone that meets the criteria and would like to send me their information, names, the names of the children, and your phone number, your children will receive free books. You can send me your information at blackeynews41804@yahoo.com. Joyce Whitaker of Carcassonne is the one who asked me to do this and I think it’s a great idea. She said it would probably take a little while to get started, maybe around February of next year.
