Betty Boggs buried at Crafts Colly

Betty Evelyn Boggs, 76, died September 13 at her home on Sandlick.

A daughter of the late Linville and Roberta Collins Stallard, she was a sister of the late Connie Carter.

Surviving are her husband, Eugene Boggs; three daughters, Tammy Niece of Flat Gap, Tena Brown of Cowan, and Lisa Blair of Matewan, W.Va.; a son, Michael Boggs of Crafts Colly; four brothers, Bobby Stallard, Ralph Stallard, and Timmy Stallard, all of Crafts Colly, and Mickey Stallard of Shelbiana; three sisters, Anna Stallard of Crafts Colly, Brenda Hendrix of Stanton, and Linda Mullins of Little Colley; five grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Boggs were held September 17 at Letcher Funeral Home in Whitesburg. Burial was in the Adams and Stallard Cemetery at Crafts Colly.
