Bobby Franklin Webb, 47, of Fleming, died April 7 at Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital.
A son of Ray Webb, of Fleming and the late Thelma Amburgey Webb, he was born at Inez. He was preceded in a brother, Arnold Ray Webb.
He worked as a diesel mechanic for Universal Well Service and was a member of the Hemphill Church of Christ. He attended Jenkins High School, where he played football.
Survivors include his wife, Vickie Webb; a son, Michael Webb, of Fleming; two sisters, Belinda Fitchpatrick, and husband John, of Fleming, and Patricia Caudill and husband Doyle, of Burdine; two brothers, Elmer Webb and wife Karen, of Hemphill, and Jimmy (Anetta) Webb and wife Anetta, of Payne Gap; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on April 11 in Neon. Burial was in Green Acres Cemetery in Whitesburg.
