Book signing, gospel singing set

Ain’t No Grave: The Life and Legacy of Brother Claude Ely is a biography written by his great-nephew, Macel Ely II, PhD, of Maryville, Tenn. The author will be at the Cumberland campus of Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College on Saturday, May 7 to conduct a book signing from 2 to 4 p.m. Gospel singing groups, including the Wooten Family originally from Lynch, who were influenced by the life and music of Brother Claude Ely will perform during that time.
