Hello everyone. I hope all had a good week.
I met a couple of real nice people. They were from near Stanton, Carol and Gayle Banks. They were dropping off some ancestor books to my cousin and left me a couple to look at. Really interesting. Carlos is originally from Kingdom Come and Gayle is from Louisville. I really enjoyed the visit. He also writes the Oscaloosa Times newsletter.
Happy birthday to our son Chad Fields, who will be 37 on April 5. He lives in Greensburg, Ind. We love you, son, and hope you have a great day.
Pam Fields will be 43 on April 9. She is the daughter of Archie and Margaret Fields of Cowan and Lucille Collins of Indiana. I hope she has a good day.
April 10, Thelma Roark Osborne of Milan, Ind., and Gwen Amos of Indiana will celebrate their birthdays. Happy birthday to both ladies.
My granddaughter Ashley
Fields went to Syracuse, N.Y. She stayed a week and decided it wasn’t for her. She said the people weren’t like they are here in Kentucky. I told her no one is like the people in Kentucky, and I meant that in a good way.
Prayer list this week: Archie Ray Fields, Destiny Maggard, Mary Ann Maggard, Carla and Tony Maggard, Irene and Eugene Day, Audrey and Charles Hammonds, Bill and Agnes Maggard, Amber Fields, Eddie and Kathy Wolfe, Mike Fields and Charles and Pat Large.
Melinda Daniel took her dad, Brack Sexton, out for his 65th birthday at Pine Mountain Grill for breakfast. Also joining them were Linda Sexton and their granddaughter, Deiliah and Mike Fields. All had a good time.
Well, have a great week and attend the church of your choice.
