Funeral services for Charles W. Noble, 80, were held October 28, at Everidge Funeral Home in Whitesburg. Burial was in the R.B. Caudill Cemetery at Whitco.
Born in Perry County to the late Vernon Noble and Mima Stidham Noble, he died October 24 in Hazard.
He was the widower of Pearl E. Pennington Noble, and a grandfather of the late Joseph William Pease.
He was also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Rickey Pease; a sister, Nora; and three brothers, Rufus, John Henry, and Archie Noble.
Mr. Noble was a retired coalminer, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are two daughters, Teresa Pease of Craft’s Colley, and Jennifer Holbrook and husband David of Lake Ozark, Mo.; a son, Chuck Noble and wife Amy of Bowling Green; a brother, Vernon Noble and wife Dottie of Hindman; a sister, Barbara Craft of Melbourne, Fla.; four grandchildren, Joshua, Rayna, Aaron and Eli; and two great-grandchildren, Shaylee and Landon Pease.
