Charles McKinley “Mackie” Webb, 74, of Jenkins, died December 17 at Pikeville Medical Center.
Born in Kona to the late Marvin R. Webb and Grace Smith Webb McElroy, he was an independent carpenter.
He was the father of the late Charles Webb, Jr. and a brother of the late William “Billy” Roy Webb.
Surviving are three daughters, Emily “Charlie” Sammons and husband Derek of Neon, Sue Ann Webb, of Westlake, Oh., and Crystal Rodriguez and husband Max of Granite Fall, N. C.; three sons, William Webb and wife Jennifer of North Olmsted, Oh., Andy Petrella of Smyrna, Tenn., and Michael Petrella of Cleveland, Oh.; 22 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Emily Marvilene Webb Smith Quillen, of McRoberts, and Mary “Betty” Webb Blank of London; a brother, Emmitt McElroy, of McRoberts; his ex-wife and longtime friend, Debbie Petrella, of Madison, Oh.; and three nieces and three nephews.
Funeral services were held December 19 at the Neon First Church of God. Burial was in the Webb family cemetery at Mayking.
