Hello everyone! Hoping all is well. Hope everyone had a safe and happy Fourth of July.
I was supposed to be moving over the weekend but was unable to so I will be around a little while yet. Still have items to sell and have doctor appointments.
I really need to sell the 10×20 Amish building before I leave. Do not want to see it destroyed or damaged. $3,500 or best offer.
Sorry I missed our family reunion on July 2. I guess all those who went had a good time.
My sympathy and prayers go out to the families of Roy Wayne Fields, Kathleen Miles Brock and Ralph Fields. All had been in bad health for a while. All will be missed by family and friends.
Also, sympathy to the family of Kay Raleigh Miles, who died last week as well, and Bryan Halcomb’s family.
Prayers this week: Oma Hatton, Morris Hackney, Archie and Margaret Fields, Kathy, Eddie and Thomas Wolfe, Irene and Eugene Day, Rose Ballard, Brenda Slone, Brian Belcher, Brenda Stone, Darrell Holbrook, Fran Day, Steve Brown and Linda Brown.
Even though I did not make it to the family reunion, Kathy and I stopped by the campground at Littcar to visit family. We saw David Fields and his wife from Florida, Isom and Darlene Fields from Morristown, Tenn., Gid and Priscilla Fields of Otisco, Ind., and Jay Fields of Florida, whose wife Kay recently had surgery. Keep her in prayer.
Nancy Fields Boggs stopped by also. Was good to catch up on everything.
I have made several trips to Vicco trying to get top dentures made. They want to get them right before they get them finished. Hopefully I can get used to them. Want to be able to smile again, ha, ha.
Mike is still doing well. Friends have taken him out to Dairy Queen, church and to watch fireworks and visit the old neighborhood. He is in good spirits. I thank God he doesn’t give up.
My great-grandson Lanceton has been very sick with an upper respiratory infection and viral bronchitis. He is doing some better. It hurts to see babies sick.
Anna Maggard is doing fair after hip surgery. Keep her and Agnes in prayer.
Good to hear from Sue Banks the other day. Keep her, Glen and Edison in your prayers. All are having health issues.
Well, guess I will shut up for a little bit. Have a safe and blessed week and keep our country in much needed prayer, attend the church of your choice, and may God bless.
