State Rep. Leslie A. Combs and the Kentucky House of Representatives paid tribute recently to the memory of the late Normia Lorraine Toler, formerly of Millstone, who died April 16.
The tribute says in part, “This highly regarded individual, a faithful member of Millstone Missionary Baptist Church for over thirty years, is remembered on this day for the many and generous contributions she made to her family, friends and community. Normia Lorraine Toler will be deeply missed by all whose lives were touched by her remarkable presence.”
Mrs. Toler was the widow of Henry Toler Sr. and the daughter of the late Morgan and Lola Johnson Toler. She is survived by three sons, Henry Toler Jr. and Morgan Toler, both of Millstone, and Bobby Toler, Nancy; four daughters, Dorothy Johnson, Camp Branch; Lola Craft, Kona; Katherine Toler, Millstone; and Belinda Toler, Cleveland, Ohio; 18 grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren.
