Darlene Necessary dies at 59



Funeral services for Darlene Parker Necessary, 59, were held November 11 in Pound, Va. Burial was November 12 in the Boggs Cemetery in Pound.

A daughter of the late Harold and Josephine Caldwell Peck, she died November 9 at her home in Pound. She was a sister of the late Donnie Ray Clark, Glenn Clark and Ronnie Clark, and a stepdaughter of the late Coy Clark.

Surviving are her companion of 31 years, Gilbert Necessary of Pound; three daughters, Josie Collins and husband Mark of Coeburn, Va., Angela Necessary Belcher and husband Jerry of Brooks, and April Necessary Lamkins and husband Randy of Sheppardsville; seven grandchildren, Samantha Anderson and husband Aaron, Aaron Cox and Tamara Whitt, Corey McReynolds, Kristin Walbright, Cody Acelinger, Joshua Andiot and Rachael Holdcraft; four great-grandchildren, Jackson Christian James Anderson, Carlie Andriot, Bentley Acelinger and Riley Cupp; two sisters, Elizabeth Craft and husband Van of Indianapolis, Ind., and Wilma Jo Place of Missouri; two brothers, Johnny Clark of McRoberts and Clyde Earl Clark of Washington; and friends, Tracy Mullins, Sue McReynolds and Pat Bentley.
