DOC SAM SAYS GOODBYE TO THE JOB HE LOVES

To my wonderful patients, friends and supporters:

I want to formally announce my retirement from my wonderful dental practice at the end of this month. It has been a very hard decision, but after 40 years, I think the timing and circumstances are right to retire.

I cannot start to thank you enough, my wonderful patients, that have made our practice so very special. I have been privileged to have 4th and 5th generations of patients loyal to our practice. I will truly miss those loyal patients that have become like family to each of us in our ofce.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all those that have supported me in my other organizations of which I have been blessed to be a part. The Neon Fire Dept., the Neon Lions Club, Little League, the Letcher County Board of Education, Pirate and Cougar Booster organizations, to mention a few.

I chose to come back home to continue the dental and oral health care started by my father in 1943. I have never regretted one moment of that decision.

We will try to make ourselves available to make copies of charts and records for a time. We want to make the transition to your new provider as easy and timely as possible.

Again, words cannot express my gratitude to you enough for your condence shown to our ofce since 1976. I will miss you all very much.

Very Sincerely Yours,

Doc Sam Quillen Jr.
