We were so happy to have visitors for church on Easter. Deanna Brown of Oregon was with her grandparents Juanita and Earl Profitt; Bob and Ramona Caudill’s daughter Laura Harris, her daughters Hannah and Cassie and baby Brandon; Martha Ann Wenning, Susan Harris and Jamie, all of John and Barbara Banks’s family; Tori and Rusty Akers, Callie and Ella, Clayton and Katie Banks and Clinton; Virginia Brown’s grandson and J.T. Caudill’s daughter, Robert and Sherry Brown, Bradley and Joseph; Pam Caudill’s daughter, Brittany; Faye Banks’s daughter, Tammy; Sameerah and Skylar; Rick and Debbie’s daughter, Kayla.
Little Dove Church at Eolia had an Easter sunrise service and breakfast. They enjoyed a play presented by the children.

Yvonne Brown Sutphin of Lynchburg, Va., has been visiting her family. Yvonne and Linda spent a couple of days with Regina Crawford in Frankfort. Regina took them and Ramona Finchum to Keeneland. They were upstairs, out of the rainy weather, and enjoyed a delicious banquet.
Yvonne’s grandson Derek Frame had a three-day leave from the Marines to enjoy Easter at home. He is stationed at Camp Lejune, N.C .

Arminta Ison Jenkins said the Texas fires were not near her. Her two sons, who work for Dallas Fire Department, were still at their departments and not fighting the brush fires yet.
