Hello everyone! Hoping all are having a good week.

Hasn’t the weather been nice? We will not mention the ‘s word’ unless it’s spring. I’ve had enough of the bad stuff.

My son Chad, his wife Amber, and two of my granddaughters, Becca and Michaela, stopped by Friday evening and Saturday morning. We ate lunch at Joe’s Drive-In. They had been on vacation in Jacksonville, Fla., and headed back to Indiana after lunch. It sure was good to see them, and I miss them already.

We lost another great neighbor on Cowan Saturday morning; Glenda Younce Hogan went home to be with God after a short illness. Prayers go out to E.J. and their son, sisters Glenda Helton and Judy Rose, and brother Roger, and to all of her extended family. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Dean Wilson turned 78 on March 20. Happy birthday, Dean, and if I have your age wrong, blame it on Eddie Wolfe.

Happy birthday to Herb Fields on March 27. (Mike still wants to bring you a bunch of cats, ha, ha!)

Also, happy birthday to Mariah Boggs and Jessie Boggs Cline on March 28. They are first cousins.

Brack Sexton has a birthday on March 30. Hoping he has a great day.

Melinda Daniel should be starting her treatments this week. Hope everything goes well. Becky Collins came by on Saturday and brought her and Mike a homemade quilt made by the late Hazel Rayburn. What a treasure.

Thanks to Kate Dollarhide for the beautiful Easter lilies she brought me, and also planted some in my yard. You are appreciated for the work you did.

I saw Matt Eldridge’s wife and daughter at Mountain Comp. She is doing pretty well. She said her daughter is a big help to her. Sorry I cannot remember their names.

Also, I saw Carol Ison and she is doing very well after her knee replacement. She stated it was a very painful procedure, and I wish her well.

Audrey Hammonds is having some problems with her stomach. Keep her in prayer. Agnes Maggard was going back to see the heart doctor. Not sure what she found out.

My uncle, Isom Fields, called and told me that my cousin Marie Amburgey and her husband John were hit by a hit-and-run driver in Florida. Marie was sent home from the hospital, but her husband had to stay as he might have back injuries. Keep both of them in prayer.

Isom and my cousins Gid and Priscilla Fields are camping, and Darlene (Isom’s wife) will join them after the ladies’ retreat. Hoping they have a good time.

Happy birthday to Joe Lee Maggard on March 31.

Irene and Eugene Day got a new metal roof put on their house, and it really looks nice.

Hello to all my friends and former neighbors in Greensburg, Ind. Hope to see all of you soon. One of my namesakes, Michelle Christine Niece, is getting married soon in Dayton, Oh., and my granddaughter, Rebecca Kay Fields will be graduating in June. Hopefully, I can attend both. Besides, I need a break.

Please keep me in prayer this week. I have a cold, sinuses are acting up, and my allergies are bad. I still have a stiff neck and shoulders.

I will be going this week to see about a sleep study. (Sounds like fun.)

Prayer list this week: Glenda Miles, Melinda Daniel, Mike Fields, Archie and Margaret Fields, and Agnes Maggard.

There are so many people who are sick and so many who are dying from cancer. Please keep everyone in prayer.

Well, I am going to go until next time. Be good to each other and attend the church of your choice. May God bless you until next time.
