Hello everyone! Hoping all had a great week and great Mother’s Day.
Wanted to wish Frank Fields a happy 67th birthday on May 7.
I was invited to a baby shower on May 11 for baby Jackson Cline, but was unable to attend. Had a stomach virus.
So happy for Jessie Boggs Cline and Ross Cline and for the grandparents. Babies are such a blessing. This will be Cathy and Keith Boggs’s second grandson.
My husband had to go for a sleep study Sunday night. Wish I could have been there to hear what he said in his sleep. I can usually carry on a conversation with him while he is sleeping. He is so funny.
Doug and Dana Sturgill’s grandson will be 1 year old. Happy birthday, Jesse Layne Sturgill.
Archie and Margaret Fields’s great-granddaughter, RaeLynn Jefferson, will be two years old, May 16. Happy birthday, sweetie. She lives in California with mom Erica, brothers Courtland and DeAndre and baby sister Winter, and her dad. I would love to see all of them.
May 18 will be one year since Wendell and Hazel Fields’s little boy, Nicklas Clark Fields died. He is still missed very much by all who knew him.
Happy birthday to Paula Maggard in Brown County, Ind., on May 18. Also happy birthday to Helen Tolliver on May 18. Happy birthday to Ella Maggard Pate on May 19.
Nila Turner died two years ago on May 19, and she is still missed very much by Irene and Jay Turner and all who knew her.
Also having birthdays on May 20 are Pat Large, who lives in Virginia, and Jasmine Fields, who will be 21 years old on May 21. She is a daughter of Pam Fields in Arkansas, and Willie Ambrose in Mississippi. She is a granddaughter of Archie and Margaret Fields and Lucille Collins. Happy birthday.
Also, Micki Ratliff Huff has a birthday on May 21. Hope she had a good one. She is a daughter of the late Fred and Dale Ratliff of Cowan.
Lots of birthdays this week. Will have more next week.
I had a good Mother’s Day. Received several text messages, a card from Mike and Melinda. My husband took me out for dinner and haircut. We ran into Pat and Charles Large, John Q. Day and wife Wanda, and their son.
Pray for someone this week, attend the church of your choice. Until next time, may God bless you.
