Clark Dale Walker, Jr., 67, died May 3.
Born in Burdine, he was a son of the late Dale and Colleen Walker. He was also preceded in death by his niece, Kimberly Ann Stine, and his nephew, Axle Bentley.
Mr. Walker was retired from Suddenlink Communications as a technical supervisor and attended Seco Freewill Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching University of Kentucky basketball with his friends and family. He also enjoyed watching old Westerns on TV and the History Channel, and riding his all-terrain vehicle and his bicycle. He was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening. Most of all, he adored his wife, Roberta, and spending time with his sons and grandchildren. He had a very special relationship with his brother, John, and his favorite sister, Donna.
Surviving are his wife, Roberta Walker; two sons, Dale Walker, III of Jenkins, and Robert Andy Walker of Millstone; four grandchildren, Andy, Chloe, Brayden and Collon; a brother, John Walker and wife Katrina of Richmond; a sister, Donna Walker Stines and husband Jack of Milton, W.Va.; sistersin laws, Beulah Watterman and Novidice Hubel, both of Michigan, and Regina McFall and Sibby Mullins and husband Larry, both of Mayking; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held May 7 at Carty Funeral Home.
