Funeral services held for Rural V. Watts, 79

Rural V. Watts, 79, died August 19 at his home in Kingsport, Tennn.

A son of the late Squire and Goldie Watts, he was a brother of the late Clarence Watts and Lula Watts Ford.

Surviving are a son, Dwight David Watts of Hebron; a daughter, Brandi Michelle Watts of Nicholasville; three sisters, Ivory Faye Watts, Georgia B. Watts, and Alene Blair, all of Hallie; and two grandchildren, Shelby Lee Watts and Jessica LeAnn Watts.

Funeral services for Mr. Watts were held Tuesday, August 25, at the Cedar Grove Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday (today) at the Northern Kentucky Veterans Center at Williamstown.

Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg had charge of the arrangements.
