William B. Gibson, 61, died November 8 at his residence in McRoberts.
He was a son of the late Codell and Zola Sizemore Gibson, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cooking.
Surviving are his wife, Carla Williams Gibson; two daughters, Lindsay Giles and husband Jeremy of Neon, and Whitney Gibson of Burdine; four brothers, Codell Gibson and Alex Gibson, both of Whitesburg, Morris Gibson of Colson, and Thomas Gibson of Premium; three sisters, Rita Collins of Ice, Coldonia Adams of Sandlick, and Ruth Shepherd of Elgin, Okla.; seven grandchildren, Houston, Hunter, Hayden, Lawson, Myla, Annistyn, and Camreigh; and a great-grandchild, Remington.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tia Branham; three brothers, Merty Gibson, Bill Gibson, and Alfred Gibson; and two sisters, Evyonne Adams and Mary Sue Nelson.
Funeral services were held November 11 at Everidge Funeral Home.
