Gary “Razor” Duncan dies at 60



Gary Everette “Razor” Duncan, 60, died January 17 at his home at Millstone.

Born in Norton, Va., to the late Everette Ernest Duncan, Jr. and Hazel Morene Seals Duncan, he was a brother of the late Ray L. Duncan.

He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, and was an avid horseshoe player.

Surviving are three daughters, Jessica Creech and husband David of Payne Gap, Satannah Fleming and husband Jody of Kona, and Felicia Sargent of Virginia; four brothers, Ezekiel E. Duncan and wife Edna of Paradise Valley, Calif., Allen F. Duncan of Neon, Johnny D. Duncan of Elizabethtown, and Tommy W. Duncan and wife Kathy of Jenkins; four sisters, Hazel E. Aleccia of Neon, Billie J. Johnson and husband Arthur of Goose Creek, Deloris A. “Pejib” Johnson of Neon, and Gaynelle Hall and husband Charles of Mayking; and six grandchildren, Jody McKaye Fleming, Dawson Fleming, Haley Creech, Alexis Kiser, Nikol Culbertson and Gavin Sargent.

Funeral services for Mr. Duncan were held January 20 at the Haymond Freewill Baptist Church. Burial was in the Haven of Rest Cemetery.
