Zachary Joseph has graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Economics. He was also selected for the 2017 Martin Award given to the top overall graduating Economics senior by the Department of Economics faculty. A graduate of Letcher County Central High School, he is a son of Mike and Jackie Joseph of Smoot Creek.
