Grandson come for visit

I hope everyone had a good week. Clester and I enjoyed having Randy, Jared and Ethan stay until Wednesday.

Randy and the boys finished the front porch floor and it looks good. Now we will enjoy both the front and back porches.

I visited Tommy and Betty Stansberry for a while when I dropped off Jared and Ethan Tuesday evening. Tommy has a fractured shoulder and I know it is very painful. We share the two grandsons.

Asking for continued prayers for my sister Linda Lou Lucas and my brotherin law Duke Lucas. They are healing, but it’s a slow process.

Also remember Josephine Slone, Bruce Sturgill, and our daughter Sharon Holbrook in prayer.

Maxine Quillen and Delana Isaacs are still having too much fun. They are staying young the best way they know how. You go, girls.

Cheyenne Jent is leaving for college at Morehead this week and her brother, Brandon Jent, is going back to the University of Kentucky. Sydney will be lost without them as will their mom, Regina.

Good luck to them and all the kids in school.

May God bless.
