Hazard Community and Technical College will off er an initial 24-hour surface mine class, beginning Monday, March 29, with instructor Vance Arnold. The class will be held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 10 p.m. on the second floor of the Industrial Education Building on the Hazard Technical Campus. The cost is $50.
